Fantastisk beliggenhed til at opleve Athen. VI boede i kælderlejlighed, hvilket selvfølgelig gav lidt komfortudfordringer, bl.a. udluftning fra badeværelse. Rent og pænt. .....alt i alt: virkelig "værdi for pengene"

This is our third time staying here and we were happy once again. The location is perfect to walk to everything we wanted. It's a ten minute walk to the metro from the airport. There are good restaurants, grocery stores and even a gelato place nearby. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has most things one could want even a kettle and a toaster. Be sure and specify if you are two people who don't want to share a double bed in order to have bedding. We had another great stay.

Positive Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Well outfitted. Location ok to the bus, restaurant, shops and historical sides. Safe area. Easy communication with the host, easy entrance. Negative Bathroom extremely tiny for taller person with the sink size of the salad bowl. The taps of both sinks were poorly attached, also the toilet seat. The worst I ever seen in the accomodation was the filthy condition of the laundry washers. I had to clean one for an hour to be able to use it. Also the laundry room didn't have any mop to clean the floor. WiFi on and off

Très facile pour accéder à l’appartement à pied en débarquant à la station Evangelismo. Notre hôtesse (Eva) a été incroyable pour nous assister dans nos questions. Nous étions à quelques minutes du jardin national. 3 épiceries complètes à moins de 10 minutes de marche.

This was my second time staying here at this location. I love that it is in walking distance of pretty much all the main sites and museums and there is a grocery store down the street.

Wonderful location. We began our stay by going to locations by taxi, and quickly realized we were walking distance from points of interest. We were comfortable and it was nice, quiet, & clean.

Nice place to stay
I had the pleasure staying at this hotel apartment during my stay in Athen. It was only 7 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. All the touristic attractions were around reachable on foot. There was a laundry room and a gymnasium. Eva who runs the place was super helpful and attentive to everything. She was communicating with me via w app and she assisted all my requests.

Brand New Apartment
Very comfy and spacious apartment. Inside it, everything looked like brand new. Very clean and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay with Olympus Residence. The place was a comfortable and cozy place to come back to after a long day of exploring. Communication with Eva was great making our trip seamless, she arranged airport transfers and provided recommendations. It’s close to restaurants, grocery stores and within a 30 minute walk to Plaka area and 15 minute to metro. We loved everything about this place and highly recommend.

The property, I truly enjoy it. The restaurants nearby was just absolutely fantastic. Athens, the people the culture is everything anyone could ask for with the property in a freat location

Beautiful stay in Athens
This place is amazing we stayed three nights at this residence very clean and cozy. Has everything you need even free washer and dryer including the detergent. The location was excellent only half an hour walking to the plaka area not to mention the local authentic restaurant near by. Eva the coordinator was amazing and quick to respond even in a weekend. Thank you all and I strongly recommend this place for beautiful stay in Athens

It was my husband an I 1st time in Athens and we absolutely loved it! Eva the host was great at communicating with me every time I needed her! Don’t be fooled by how the outside of the building looks because inside is cozy a cute!

Très beau studio, situé dans un quartier tranquille près des attraits touristiques les plus importants. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le lit est très confortable et d’une bonne grandeur. On profite également d’une très belle terrasse extérieure. La chambre de bain est plutôt petite et il est difficile de prendre une douche sans complètement inondée le plancher. En général, il s’agit d’un très bon logement et je le recommande sans hésité. Difficile d’imaginer un meilleur rapport qualité-prix.

styles three nights. group of 5. three bedroom unit was perfect. bit of walking to get to main attractions but we enjoy walking. great place to stay if you are looking for a bit of space to come home to at nights. wager/dryer came in handy.

Avoid Ground floor apt otherwise super residence!
I was given a room on the ground floor: AVOID IT at all times. It was smelling rotten eggs for the 2 nights we stayed and also because you will always be waken up by the people coming in and out of the buidling, taking the stairs / elevators, chatting, and grabing the suitcases. Besides, it is very convenient. It has everthing in the appt to cook. Very modern. Best thing, they have a laundry room FREE. the best!

We stayed at this place for 3 days and we had an amazing time. There’s 4 of us but the place is spacious. There is a kitchen so we can cook our meals. There’s laundry area as well which is really great. Ava is amazing. Communication is excellent. We will definitely come back again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at the Olympus Residence. Wonderful location, nice residential area, nice restaurants nearby, and the apartment lay out, with balcony was very nice. Property was a wonderful value for the cost.

Excellent communication from the owners. Easy access to building especially after a long journey. Building is within walking distance to Olympus stadium so hop on hop off bus is easily accessible. Walking distance to metro as well

Great Stay
This was an excellent place to stay. 1. The customer service is excellent service. Eva our host was Wonderful! Despite having excellent instruction, I forgot so much ( going to blame it on jetlag) Eva helped and was gracious, professional and just excellent. 2. The property is beautiful. We had the studio and was well kept. More than enough space for 2 people. Loved having a kitchen. The location was so nice. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. In walking distance to many cafes and shops. We took a taxi to get to the Acropolis but you ciuld walk it also. Nice gym. They also have a nice locked cage area to leave luggage. Which we used as checkout time was 11:00 and our arranged ride was not until 1:00 so no need to walk around the town with your luggage. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are planning a trip to Athens

Wonderful experience!
Loved this hotel! Was in a great neighborhood with lots of food options nearby and within walking distance to many of the main attractions like the Acropolis. Check in was super easy - no need to go to a desk, use a code and go straight to your room. The room was very clean and well maintained as well stocked with all appliances and dishes you might need. Eva was very helpful with providing instructions and information regarding the stay. Would definitely stay here again!
