Meget uheldig dag.
Hotellet var fint og moderne, dog var deret par eksempler på dårlig rengøring. Oplevet flere episoder med ting ude af drift. Ved ankomst virkede kreditkort ikke som betaling, da jeg spurgte på restauranten åbningstider var der problemer der også, selvom der var fyldt med mennesker. Toilet som blev ved med at løbe. Fik skiftet rum efter anden gang jeg gjorde opmærksom på det. Dog fik jeg nyt nøgle kort til et værelse som allerede var optaget. Tredje gang fik jeg et nyt rum. Dog med dårlig lugt fra afløb. Generelt meget ventetid til receptionen ved ankomst og afgang i de travle timer.

Quiet nice hotel with good metro connections
Very nice hotel. Modern, aesthetically pleasing and friendly/professional personnel. Location is great, very quiet and 200m from nearest metro. So very easy to get to Amsterdam central. Also this place has an amazing breakfast buffet. Only thing to mention is that the bed is a bit hard (that's prolly a personal preference tho :)). Other than that everything was wonderful!

Lækkert hotel i skønne omgivelser.
Super lækkert hotel, dejlige store værelser. Markisen kører ned hver morgen kl 7.30,og piver, den kunne godt trænge til smørrelse. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til offentlig transport, som fungere. Dette hotel kan varmt anbefales, da det er nemt at komme til byen.

Godt hotel med nem adgang til transport
Godt, rent og pænt hotel. God seng. Købte en enkelt morgenmad, og den var fin nok, bortset fra at pølser og bacon var af kalkun og derfor ret kedeligt. Kedeligt område, men det er nemt at komme til Amsterdam centrum både med sporvogn og metro. Hvis man ikke vil/kan betale de høje priser i centrum, er dette hotel bestemt et godt alternativ. Vi skulle til koncert på Ziggo Dome, og turen hertil med metro var nem og hurtig.

Nice hotel but the rooms are hot
Everything is good except the temperature in the rooms which is too high. At one point it was 10 celcious outside but 25.5 in our room, and there are no windows.

Super hotel, men skuffende spa
Super lækkert hotel, med flotte og renlige værelser. Sengene var meget behagelige at ligge i, og temperaturen i værelset var fin. Dog var spaen på opholdsstedet meget skuffende. Det stod på hjemmesiden at spaområdet var 18+, men poolen var fyldt med larmende børn - øv bøv! :(

Godt og skidt.
Der er mange gode ting ved dette hotel. Rart værelse, 10 minutter fra RAI. God restaurant på hotel, som jeg spise ved flere gange. Men nogen ting virkede ikke for mig. Værelset var ofte meget koldt, helt ned til 18,5 grader den først nat. Spa bad kostede 19 Euro + 8 Euro for fodtøj, hvis du ikke selv har badesko med. På det tidspunkt jeg havde tid til at svømme, efter konference og før aftensmad, havde de lukket en time, for at gøre rent. En kollega blev bedt om at betale en regning fra restauranten, som ikke tilhørte ham. Da han nævnte at han ikke havde fået tun og rødvin, spurgte de ham om han måske havde drukket for meget, til at huske det. Ubehagelig måde at kommunikere med sine gæster.
Lidt koldt. Blev delvist løst, men temperatur kom kun op på ca 20 grader, selv når det var sat til 25. Værelset var koldt hver dag når jeg kom tilbage.
Virkelig god service  og dejlig mad ved restaurant på hotel.

By the pictures you shared with us, we can see that your AC unit was settled in the Automatic, so the computer is managing your room temperature, you could just have set it to manual at put a higher temperature or you could always have reached one of our associates to help you set it up for you. I am sorry to hear, however, that one of our restaurant associates was so rude to your colleague. Please allow me to express my apologies and rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem. Forholdsvis nyt hotel beliggende tæt på transport ind til centrum ( ca 20 min ). Store komfort værelser med aircondition. Tilbyder alle måltider; lækker aftensmad og super god betjening; specielt Andrey. Prøvede ikke spa.

Alt var godt, bortset fra at vores værelse havde connecting Door til et andet værelse. Denne dør var på ingen måde lyd tæt. Så vores lille getaway hvor vi skulle sove længe startede kl 6 hver morgen hvor det lille barn de havde ved siden af lød og legede eller græd.

I expected more from the breakfast buffet. I tried eating the eggs, but it turned out to be days old. They offered no soft boiled, no bacon, pancakes etc. This may just be standard everywhere else, but I must say I expected this, for the price paid. We only continued to use it because there was no other options, and we paid for it during booking. Save your money, and try it before ordering for all days. The hotel room in general was quite clean, the only point I have is the drain in the bathroom had clumps around it, and the remote was super greasy. Don't take a bath, and don't use the TV. Service at the Hotel was generally accommodating, except for the canteen staff that told us to leave our table as we had apparently spent too much time during brunch, to plan our day. The temperature of the room was nice, and pleasantly cooled during the night without too much noise. The worst part was the automatically triggered blinds at 7 in the morning, squeaking down the window and waking the entire hotel. There is no minibar, which is probably for environmental reasons? I could tell that the bed was nearing the end of life, as I laid on it I could feel a deep indent in the mattress, so clearly it needs to be flipped or replaced.

In General a nice hotel. The room was ok and Bathroom excellent. Yet they missed the cleaning of our room breakfast was nice, bur the restaurant in evening was confusing and a little stressful. Parking opportunities was great

Metro station Max 200 m fra hotel, metro køre hele tide, så dejlig nemt. Personale rigtig søde og venlige, morgenmads buffet stor flot og lækker. Det eneste jeg mangler ordentlig information om, er at der skal betales 15 euro plus 7;70 euro for klipklapper pp hvis man ønsker at benytte Spa . Der skal bestilles tid i god tid samt at børn under 18 er velkommen om morgenen men ikke om aftenen.

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your review. It's a pleasure to know you have enjoyed your stay and the breakfast. It's true that entrance to the Spa is €15,- per person for the entire stay. Flipflops are mandatory, so if you don't have them you can indeed buy them for €7,50 a pair. We are sorry for the lack of information and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. Godt hotel. Gode værelser Men restaurant var overbooket. Både til aften og morgenmad Vi kunne ikke få plads om aftenen.

Fint hotel men deres info niveau er lavt
Hotellet er rigtig lækkert men de bør gøre tydeligere opmærksom på, at den indendørs pool kun må benyttes af voksne over 18 år samt at man skal reservere plads for at bade i den. Desuden koster det også 15 euro at bruge poolen. Vi valgte kun dette hotel fordi de har en indendørs pool og så dur det ikke, at der ikke gøres opmærksom på disse ting. Vi blev også ringet op af receptionen kl 22 om aftenen fordi personalet havde glemt at tage imod betaling for byskatter og det kunne ikke vente til dagen efter eller ved check ud. Servicen i baren er EKSTREM langsom men priserne er fornuftige. Til info kører sporvogn nr 2 fra hotellet og direkte ind til byen så det er nemt. Parkering ved hotellet koster 20 euro.

Billigt og virkeligt godt til prisen.
Beliggenheden var god tæt på metrostation. Det var nemt at komme til med bil og det var muligt (men ikke vildt billigt) at parkere. I forhold til hotellets kvalitet og stand var opholdet særdeles billigt, også når man medregner parkering. Baren med et lille udvalg af mad blev betjent hele døgnet. Eneste uklarhed var omkring betaling af depositum, hvor vi ikke fik en kvittering for at hotellet reserverede 200 euro på vores kort. Det blev dog ikke noget problem og vi fik en kvittering for annullering ved afrejse.
