Our first trip to Japan, hotel is located near everything we needed - shopping, food & bars, train, etc. Staff were super friendly, our room was serviced daily (vs other countries you now have to request room service). There was only a smoking room available when we booked, we were a little hesitant as we didnʻt want the funk smell of smoke on our sheets/carpet but we were pleasantly surprised there was none. Very happy with the choice we made. Thank you Shibuya Creston Hotel for the hospitality, definitely recommend. We will definitely be returning.

The staff weee great and it was a convenient location close to everything but if your not a smoker or don’t what the cigarette smell on your clothes I wouldn’t recommend this hotel respectfully

We were very pleased with this hotel. It's in a great location but not as expensive as many other hotels in the area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and communicating in English was easy. The standard of cleanliness was very high and the rooms pleasantly decorated. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel in a good spot. Only negative I would say is the aging the key at the counter each time you leave is strange and they just give you the key once you say your room number so I hope behind the scenes they do some sort of check that it was actually you.

Great, classic hotel
Opslået 15. jan. 2024 på HotelsThis seemed like an older, fancier business hotel, but regardless we loved it for our leisure stay back in November. It was really nice and in an interesting area of Shibuya about 10 min walk from the bustle. Front desk staff members were amazing and very helpful with any questions we had. The rooms had lots of amenities which is always a plus for people traveling light!
