“Great place to stay”

Visited Ruston to attend the Peach Festival and spend time with my daughter who attends LA Tech. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Excellent customer service from the pool man, check in/out staff, housekeeping, food services, etc. Comfortable and spacious room. Very nice pool and pool area.

The breakfast was great. The Lady that kept everything filled at the breakfast worked steadily through and you wanted for nothing. She was perfect!

Good hotel. Our only complaint was that the entrance road was not marked clearly. We thought we crossed over the road to access the service road. The next exit was 10 miles up the interstate. We turned aroung there and came back. We should have turned right instead of crossing the road!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay. We only had minor problem, room was not cleaned while we were out. Our fault,due to very late check in, we had not left the room until after 3pm. When dest staff was notified, we found out cleaning staff is only available until 3. The desk clerk brought up fresh towels and took away the used towels and trash I had gathered up. Following day we notified cleaning staff would be down at breakfast an hour and were told by person we spoke to in hallway that it was not her room and she would tell the assinged staff for us. We came back up to the room to prepare for our day and room had not been serviced. Again notified available staff, and recieved apology for oversite and invited to relax in lobby while she cleaned and she would go to Lobby to notify she was done. All staff was polite and resolved the issues at hand. We will choose this facility again when visiting our family.

“Pleasant Stay”

Pleasant and comfortable. They were painting redoing a section of the rooms and working on the parking lot, but was not a real hinderance. The staff was very pleasant and professional. I will make that the place we stay when visiting my husbands hometown.
