My husband and I love staying here. We enjoyed everything. The only thing needs improvement is the pool area. Looks old

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Room service was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful here even with a dance competition going on.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. We had a mobile key to our room but walked in on another family at 11 pm. Once we got a new room, there was a huge pile of hair in the shower. The staff were friendly but didn’t offer much to address these issues.

We always book Marriott even if the cost is a bit more because they typically have nice beds and pillows which can make your entire vacation much better. This particular Marriott was not like the rest. Bed was not good at all and the pillows were absolutely horrible. Very small and no support at all. After a horrible nights sleep, I turned on the shower and it literally took close to 5 minutes to get any warm water with the lever all the way to hot. I could have booked a cheap motel for half the price and had the same experience. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
