It’s simple - find another hotel

Hotel was really outdated and while staff was friendly, then everyday there was no towels at the pool (1/3 full) and the nice pool they show on pictures cost 70 euro per person per day - simply not ok. We left 5 days before and actually got our vacation broken by a hotel, which normally should assure higher standard. All good was pre made and frozen. Really disappointed by Intercontinental

Mould on the walls
Opslået 28. sep. 2021 på HotelsOur room smelled sour and damp on arrival and there were black stains of mold on the walls. Changed room 2 times before we got a room without obvious harmful fungus on the walls. The ventilation in the bathrooms does not work, which probably makes the rooms very damp and contributes to the mould situation. The hotel is probably closer to 4 star than 5 star. Breakfast nice and reception staff nice.

Lovely five star hotel with lots to do around. Staff were polite and very helpful and would go out of their way to help. Lots of options at breakfast. Some of the restaurants/facilities were closed. Shower at the indoor pool is disappointing, needs attention and Air-conditioning unit was not working so the room was a bit warm. A fan was brought to make us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
