Billederne er bedre end virkeligheden
Opslået 28. okt. 2022 på HotelsVi fik nok det mest nedslidte værelse der overhovedet var på hotellet. Hotels.com hjalp os til at få et bedre værelse den efterfølgende dag. Personalet var super og meget hjælpsom, men deres Hotel Chef var ikke service orienteret og kunne ikke se nogen problemer med værelset.

Slidt værelse
Opslået 16. apr. 2022 på HotelsHotellet ligger fantastisk dejligt og lige op af undergrundsbanen.
Familieværelset er lille og slidt.
Badeværelsets loft har mørke plamager efter en fugtskade fra overliggende værelse.
For dyrt i forhold til værelsets stand men hvis det er beliggenheden der er vigtig så er det skønt.
Udsigten er dog til en bagmur på andet byggeri og vinduer kan ikke åbnes.

Dejligt hotel. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen. Super skøn beliggenhed lige ved siden af Undergrundsstation. Afternoon tea var en stor skuffelse

Good but not great
Opslået 6. okt. 2021 på HotelsHotel is located in a nice area right next to the Underground. Service and personal was excellent but the room was not the best. I had a lot of noise from the street and in the evening I could hear music from a undefined place. So yes - very thin walls. The room did not look very clean. Maybe because it was old. The bathroom had a old moldy smell. I had to keep the water running for 5-8 minutes before it turned warm. Not my best experience.

This is my second time staying at The Bailey. I have another visit scheduled later this year. The train station is across the street. The staff is great and the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious.

An excellent hotel in South Kensington. Convenient to the train and walking distance to many cafés and the V and A.

Lovely hotel. Loved the history of the building. Room very nice and clean. Location is absolutely perfect for the museums and underground. however there was one issue we had, if you are booking this hotel via expedia to include a child a spare bed is NOT included in the price! We had a unpleasent shock when at check out we were advised a bed wasnt included and it would be a further £30 for one. My heart sunk and it wasnt the start of the break we were expecting and left me feeling a bit sick at the added cost on top of what we had already paid. Thankfully the issue was resolved when a second receptionist stepped in however i wanted to add this to the review for anyone looking at staying with children. Even if youre booking for 2 adults and 1 child and add the age a bed is not included! I will be also complaining to expedia about this issue.
Despite the initial issue we had a lovely stay and everything else was perfect.
