The staff in the dining room were great, very attentive and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Housekeeping was also great, my room was always beautifully cleaned and the water and coffe/tea stocked up.
The food choices in the dining room were boring and repetitive. The bread was always dry and the hot dishes were luke warm.
One of the pools was closed for renovation but my room was far enough away so wasn’t disturbed however there was construction work on a building opposite my balcony (don’t know if it’s part of the hotel) which was loud all day, that was quite irritating.
The staff at the beach were always happy to set up my beach lounger and made sure I had everything I needed for the day.
Don’t know how old the hotel is but it looks and feels tired.
The staff really made my stay a good one.
