“Very nice and clean”

Room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean.

the staff was exceptional! we arrived several hours ahead of schedule. we stopped to see if our room would be ready early and they'd just finished putting our information together and readying the room -- we were able to check in 3 1/2 hours early! the staff was the most friendly and accommodating people we've ever met going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. the breakfast was fantastic! the pool and exercise room very clean and a pleasure to enjoy.

“Excellent Service”

With the exception of a noisy air conditioner the place is very good. I reported it to the management and they assured me it would be taken care of.

“My Experience”

The entire facility was non-smoking, which I consider a plus. The room was clean as much as I could tell and the staff was friendly and specific about catering to my needs. I felt comfortable in the hotel and in my room. I would return if the need arose.

“The best stay ever”

The room was super clean, stocked (We had a suite) with everything needed to live comfortably. The small things like a chocolate on the bed and popcorn in the little basket were great touches. The AC worked great. My husband had a late meeting and they allowed me to stay later then the normal check out. The staff was wonderful. Nice pool area with barbecue area too. It was so quick to check in compared to all the other hotels we have stayed in. I would recommend this to everyone who is going to Midland Texas for business or pleasure. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft which is a great change. The housekeeping called the second day to make sure our room was done and to our liking too. The whole area around and within the wall was so clean.

We enjoyed the free snacks in the lobby at our check-in. Having missed lunch, they were a welcome sight. I was impressed by the free continental breakfast. Real glass plates and real cutlery were a wonderfully pleasant surprise. There were nice condiments for the eggs, etc. We would definitely stay there again, hopefully when a two-bedroom suite is available.

“Hotel Noise”

The hotel was next door to a sports complex, and the first we stayed at the hotel, you did not know it was going on unless you looked out the window.

“Overall excellent”

overall I truly enjoyed my stay but was a little upset when housekeeping called me to confirm I would be checking out that day-I told them yes at noon-THEN the front desk called shortly afterward to confirm I would be checking out THEN housekeeping knocked on my door and came into my room 10 min prior to me checking out I SERIOUSLY was disturbed about this!!!
