Exceptional!! The two bedroom, two bath loft was absolutely amazing. Immaculate. Gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful and so is the pool. Staff was super friendly. They helped with taxis and guided us on what to see and how to get there. The continental breakfast was delicious. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, which is a nice respite from the hustle n bustle of downtown. The tram that takes you into the historic center is only a few minutes walk, very convenient. I can't say enough how much we loved this place. We want to return asap!

The place is nice however there are few disappointing conditions
First is is pretty far from the center contrary to what is written it takes half an hour in public transportation to get to the center, which means at least an hour a day and if you want to come and go it is more cumbersome
Second the staff is not available. In the evening there’s no one to answer, not even on the phone.
The room itself is clean and well kept but there isn’t enough light , which makes it difficult and uncomfortable. The yard and the pool are very nice and welcoming and if you are looking for some getaway from the crowded city it is really nice.
As for the breakfast it varies on different days, on one day it was very slim on the second much reacher.

The property was interesting and located away from the center of Florence (a plus).
Nice pool and bar. Pleasant staff. The breakfast was completely inadequate and sad— almost nothing to choose from (and for 300 a night you would expect considerably more… ).

La struttura è molto bella, siamo stati una 1 notte. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato scarsa manutenzione (nei bagni in particolare) e in generale poca attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Alcune camere si trovano vicino alla strada.
