One night stay with baby

Staff was extremely helpful with recomendations on what to see and how to get there, including places to eat. They were even contacting us before we arived with recommendations on how to get to the hotel.
And helped us book tickets to some attractions at our next destination.
They provided a crib for our 9 month old at no extra charge.
Bathroom was a bit dated and not the cleanest. The shower didnt drain very well.
There was no air conditioning that we knew about, but the room stayed a comfortable temperature despite the 30 + degree weather outside.
Regardless , the staff were fantastic and location unbeatable. I would definitely stay here again!

Hübsches Hotel in der Stadtmitte
Opslået 6. jul. 2018Wir fanden es toll. Das Hotel befindet sich genau in der Stadtmitte, man braucht kein Auto. Die Hosts sind einfach nur toll und sprechen sehr gut englisch. Klima ist vorhanden und Parkmöglichkeiten 2 min von hotel entfernt.Wir kommen wieder :)

Great (!!) location and awesome host!
Opslået 10. aug. 2017 på HotelsGreat location and awesome host! 10 mins from the SMN train station by car (easily walkable with light luggage) few steps from the duomo and shopping streets. Safe area, many restaurants around. We didn't have a car but there is a public parking steps away. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are a bit outdated but clean and functional. Same as in the pictures posted by the hotel. AC and hot water available. We were on the first floor and once the windows are closed it is very quiet. There is no elevator but Simone and Chiara were there to help at our check in. Chiara is an awesome host, she booked tours, taxis (...) for us and was always available to give us advices and great tips. Very convenient choice (we were a couple and a family of three) we highly recommend it and will definitely stay in Relais Campanile again!!

I "paid" for convenience
Opslået 4. jun. 2017Very close to the Duomo and Accademia which means extreme crowds and noise. Additionally, this room was absolute bare minimum - tiny shower, tiny closet, tiny spaces to move in. I am a small woman and could hardly move in the shower. Bedding is old and worn. Staff are helpful but only on site part of the day so if you need anything after hours (moonfish) you are on your own. And I had poor cell phone service within the walls which meant I stood outside on the steps or street to make phone calls. If I ever return to Florence I will stay somewhere else - either a newer or updated room or further away from the city centre.

Very comfortable and quiet with shutters and glazing.
You can see the Duomo if you lean out.
Florence is so much fun with excellent good and wine, particularly away from the piazzas.
