As a person who has traveled alot over the last 14 years this was one of the worst experiences ive had.
I have video, photos, proof of the property and lack of upkeep.
After close to 32 minutes of waiting at the front desk, calling and walking around outside. I was able to get checked in. This is relevant due to the time wasted. I was exhausted and that was not what I needed.

And that is why we purchased it. The family who previously owned the property, operated it as a Days Inn motel. And served the needs of that market segment. And we see a much brighter future We understand that this property is not yet what it can become. There is much work to do, and our company is geared up for the task. The Palm Coast Hotel & Suites has “good bones”, less than ten years age, excellent location, and now, is the only IHG property between St Augustine and Daytona. I apologize that this visit was not everything you’ve come to expect from IHG. We hope that in the coming months, you will bless us with another opportunity to serve your lodging needs and to show you how good a stay in Palm Coast can truly be!
