Opslået 11. apr. 2013 på HotelsVi mellemstoppede på InterContineltal, da vi skulle til Niagara Falls. Opholdet var ud over alle forventninger. Venlig Valet, som tog i mod bilen. Blev modtaget af smilende personale ved Check In. Værelset viste sig at være en to værelses suite med et lille køkken. Meget rent og nydeligt. Sengen var fantastisk med tilpas madres, bløde puffede puder. Morgenmaden var utrolig lækker og fyldt med sunde retter i Buffeten. Personalet her var også utrolig snakkesagelige og venlige. Skal lige nævne, at det ligger et godt stykke fra centrum, men metroen ligger lige ud for døren. Da hotellet er en del af Cleveland Clinik vil jeg dog anbefale dette til både ferie og ophold under behandling for man har det godt her psykisk og fysisk.

We loved this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, bathrooms are huge and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant and bar was wonderful, and we really enjoyed having Laura take care of us. I would stay here every night if I could.

Great stay! Only downside was there weren’t extra trash bags and sometimes when calling the valet the call didn’t get transferred to them so you’re waiting around with the valet not knowing you requested your car.

The room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Restaurant had good food. We will stay here again when we come back to Cleveland

It’s a little pricey, because of the proximity to the main campus of Cleveland clinic. But it’s a nice facility and the employees were friendly. The breakfast buffet is quite good. I don’t like to valet park, but you have to remember where you are and it’s best to just go ahead if you stay at this hotel and let them park your car. It took me three minutes to walk, but there is also a shuttle.
