We haven’t stay whole 7-8 days, only 1 day then we’re leaving because of reason not change the bed sheet and red spot on it. Got me and my sister very upsetting and disappointing.. i let my sister sleep on the bed, i and my son sleep on the floor then next morning My son got rashes on chest, the manger or worker said there no bugs bed, don’t they see what I said we sleep on the floor not bed. I’m pretty very upsetting more and more. Also smell smoke too, my sister and my son have a asthma and have serious healthy issues. So we called to manger and customer service about complaints. And I haven’t stay there for 8 days.. we went to brother house and stay over there. They said 5-7 days process to give my money back so I haven’t enough money This pretty ruin my plan and vacation.

Sorry for your inconvenience. The worker, the maintenance man, was only doing his job. He is supposed to check for bed bugs based off the info he was given. We do not prorate, nor do refunds on unused nights. What we could have done for you, was move you to another room. As far as the smoking, the property is under renovations which you can see by our new hallways, but this was a property that was a smoking property for over 30 years up until just this past October. Even with shampooing the carpets in rooms and changing the hallways, the slight smell will be there until the rooms are all repainted and renovated as well. All are totally out of our control. I wish you would have given us a chance, because we could have moved you to another room and allowed you to view it first.
