“Great Value Great Stay”

The Crestwood Suites in northwest Austin is a well-run and nicely equipped facility. Located on Research Blvd. US 183, it's easy to get to and not so far out as to make the commute too long. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are comfortable, clean and feature apartment-style kitchen facilities. They are size-appropriate for short stays. The parking is convenient and the set-back from the freeway keeps the noise down. A fairly new property, it is at or above the standard one might expect. Check-in was uncomplicated and smooth.

“A hidden gem”

Who knew? Our daughter needed our help to move her to her new Austin apartment. We searched expedia for the nearest hotel and found Crestwood suites in this out of the way place. A truly wonderful, secluded, quiet place with outstanding amenities. Highly recommended but don't let the word get out about this place.

I was there just a day and I like it so much... The only thing is when you walk it smells like eggs or something like that...

“Great way to go!”

We were there during the ROT Rally in May. Hotels were fairly booked up and we got a late start. I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a full kitchen as well as a nice room. The price, compared to what our friends paid for the same, or less, was pretty good, too. Easy in and out of town, lots to do close by and plenty of places to eat within min.

“5-star service from staff”

They were able to accommodate a couple of special requests. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will stay here again because of the great service.

“Very Nice”

Very nice hotel. Since it is an extended stay hotel you don't get maid service or clean towels daily. You have to go ask for more and req. a room cleaning. Other than that it was a great choice esp. for the price.

“Diamond in the rough.”

Residence hotels are not always "as advertised". I found this one to be as billed, and for the price a great bargain. I would recommend it to anyone. The only weak spot was the pillow. I will use them again.

Hotel was very nice,a little tricky to find being my first time in texas. Definately go back there though
